- Engage directly with customers at local retail and event venues
- Build and maintain customer relationships while promoting products and services
- Manage customer accounts, focusing on acquisition and retention
- Troubleshoot product concerns and upsell where applicable
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Track data and trends to support marketing and sales strategies
- Collaborate with campaign teams, sales managers, and leadership to optimize customer success
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, events, customer service, retail, brand ambassador work, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
