We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. The shifts for this position:
Monday - Friday 7am - 3.00pm ( pay is $23 year around and seasonal )
Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10:00 pm (pay is $25 until April 2026 )
Saturday - Sunday 7-3 pm ( pay is $25 until April 2026 )
Saturday - Sunday 2 to 10 pm (pay is $25 until April 2026 )
- Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement and scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback
- Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail
- Communicating with customers, answering calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Assist with Company Social Media including, managing posts, building and responding to followers in support of achieving corporate marketing goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field.
- Familiarity with social media marketing.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
