Position Overview

We are seeking an On-Site Customer Support Representative with solar experience to join our Warwick, RI team. This role is customer-facing and hands-on, ensuring our clients receive top-quality support throughout their solar journey. You will troubleshoot issues, educate customers on their systems, and act as a trusted representative of Rooftop Power.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during on-site visits.

- Troubleshoot solar system issues, perform diagnostics, and coordinate resolutions with the technical team.

- Provide system education and training to customers, ensuring they understand monitoring tools and system performance.

- Document customer interactions, service calls, and resolutions in company records.

- Collaborate with installation crews, electricians, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Support warranty and maintenance processes as needed.

- Uphold Rooftop Power’s standard of professionalism and customer care at all times.Qualifications

- Previous experience in solar, renewable energy, or electrical systems required.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Comfortable working on-site and in residential/commercial environments.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
