Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling phone calls and emails, documenting interactions, guiding customers through solutions, and assisting with their needs promptly and courteously. You will play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting the company in exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in resolving inquiries and addressing customer needs effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience is favorable but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
