Position Overview

Riedl and Son Exterior Specialists is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Appointment Coordinator. This key position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in converting leads into appointments and ensuring efficient communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives using our CRM or scheduling software.

Call Routing:

Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department (sales, production, warranty, billing, etc.) with professionalism and clarity.Provide prompt, courteous, and informative service to prospective and existing clients.Enter lead information accurately into our CRM system and keep records up to date.Conduct follow-up communication with leads who haven’t yet scheduled to encourage engagement and conversion.Qualifications
