Your Role:
As our Client Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of the customer experience. You’ll guide clients through their remodeling journey with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every day will look a little different, but you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers and vendors
✅ Leading selection meetings to help clients choose materials and finishes
✅ Ordering materials and ensuring everything arrives on time for projects
✅ Providing basic design guidance to clients (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
✅ Communicating regularly with customers to keep them informed and excited
✅ Supporting our project team with any coordination needs

Stays organized and keeps multiple moving parts on track
Has great communication skills and attention to detail
