Overview:
Seeking an individual with a strong presence and impeccable presentation, exuding confidence and appeal to work alongside the Retention team to strategize ways to maintain relationships with our clients and provide them with the best Spartan experience
Qualifications:
•Minimum education high school graduate/GED
•Ability to Maintain attractive fit & image and capacity to consistently uphold professionalism
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Highly self-motivated, capable of both independent work and effective team collaboration
•Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude
•Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
•Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
•A customer-oriented attitude
•Able to commute to the assigned market area.
•Bilingual, English/Spanish highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
•Approach potential customers to establish relationships
•Build long-term relationships with key clients
•Address customer concerns and complaints
•Engage with Clients to understand their energy needs, consumption patterns, and sustainability goals.
•Engage with Clients during Company Promotional Campaigns
•Perform additional tasks as required by the manager

Pay: $23.00 per hour
