JOB DESCRIPTION
Select’s Business Operations Analyst will supervise the office duties of the location(s), prepare and distribute reports required by senior management including revenue projections, equipment utilization, and trend graphs for key indicators.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of office personnel.
- Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of verfication activities and communications
- Makes recommendations to upper management regarding staffing issues and procedural changes.
- Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.
- Track ticket entry after creation to ensure that they are closed in a timely manner.
- Email customer tickets for approval / signature.
- Provide Select customers with the upmost respect and stellar customer service.
- Keep an open line of communication between Select and customers.
- Complete special projects at the request of Operations Manager
- Prepare reports in Excel.
- Maintain and update reports.
- Serve as contact point and data entry personnel for operational yards.
- Troubleshoot on telephone.
- Organize data.
- Create graphs and presentations.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- 2 to 4 years of related work experience is required.
- Interest in oilfield operations or data management
- Strong attenton to detail and willingness to learn data verification processes
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- High School diploma/GED.
- High level of knowledge and proficiency with Excel.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Must have the ability to work well with people, be a team player.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
