Title: Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building relationships and setting appointments with prospects. The ideal Business Development Representative will be a proactive and motivated sales professional with excellent phone and email skills, a strong understanding of our products and services and a passion for driving business growth within the snow removal and landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation: Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
•Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial property management, facility management, and other industries.
•Sales Reporting: Track and manage sales activities in CRM, providing regular updates to the sales manager on pipeline status, progress, and results.
•Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in sales, business development or a related field, ideally in the commercial services snow removal or landscaping industry.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
•Self-motivated, hunter mentality, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Coachable, with a desire to learn, lead and the courage to dive in.
•Experience using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
•Knowledge of the commercial landscaping or snow removal industries and services is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
•The compensation package includes a base salary plus commission.

•Successful Business Development Representatives will be promoted to Account Executives and/or other mutually agreed roles as they open.
