About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. But this isn’t just a sales job — it’s the start of an 18-month Sales Development Program designed to accelerate your career.


This immersive program includes:

Rotations across multiple departments (e.g. sales, marketing, operations) to build your business acumen and cross-functional knowledge.
Sales-specific training and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in prospecting, lead generation, and solution selling.
Hands-on experience working alongside experienced Senior Consultants and Sales and Operational Leaders.

Whether you’re fresh out of college or making your first career move, this program gives you the skills, structure, and mentorship needed to thrive in the world of sales and beyond.


What You'll Be Doing

Engage in outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person canvassing
Qualify inbound leads and guide them into our sales pipeline
Partner with Senior Consultants to learn how complex sales deals are developed and closed
Build a pipeline through persistent, value-based outreach
Maintain detailed and accurate records in Salesforce
Meet or exceed activity metrics related to calls, appointments, and opportunities


Requirements:


What You Need for This Role

Bachelor’s degree preferred (open to recent grads)
Any prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Competitive mindset and strong desire to learn
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High energy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment
