Position Overview
Are you a self-starter with a passion for helping others? Join our restoration company as a Business Sales Representative, where you will consult with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. You will work closely with Emergency Response Agencies to implement effective property recovery initiatives and deliver extraordinary care to those in need.
Responsibilities
•Respond to emergency property situations and all generated leads.
•Educate consumers on products and services.
•Build relationships and communicate our services effectively.
•Monitor, generate, and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems).
•Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners.
•Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and the community.
•Participate in community events.
•Build and maintain a database of customer information.
•Manage data in our main operating systems, NextGear and Luxor.
•Collaborate with SRM and SMB Corporate staff on business development initiatives.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Four plus years’ experience in any combination of the following areas: Restoration, Military, Fire Services, EMS, Police, Medical Responder, Dispatching of Emergency Responders, Construction, Insurance.
•Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role.
•Experience with industry software preferred.
•Insurance sales experience preferred.
