Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)
Location: Based in Braintree, MA – Remote Role with Flexible Hours*
Quantum Restoration is a full-service water and mold remediation company with a reputation for professionalism, speed, and care. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and spearhead strategic growth initiatives across the Greater Boston area.
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential you’ll earn 10% commission on all closed work. With projected annual sales of over $1.5 million, top performers can expect to earn $70,000–$100,000+ per year while building long-term referral networks.
Job Overview
We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Rep who excels at building trust, developing high-impact relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll focus on lead generation from insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, property managers, and other relevant professionals serving as the face of Quantum Restoration in the community.
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct market research to identify high-potential lead sources and industry trends in the restoration and construction sectors.
•Establish and grow referral relationships with professionals like plumbers, insurance adjusters, property managers, and real estate agents.
•Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Monday.com to track leads, manage communications, and report on activities.
•Perform outbound outreach via warm calls, drop-ins, networking events, and strategic email campaigns.
•Educate and position Quantum Restoration as the preferred partner for emergency services and rebuilds.
•Work closely with operations and ownership to optimize close rates and improve handoffs.
•Attend local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to represent the Quantum brand.
•Negotiate terms and help facilitate deals with both referral partners and prospective clients.

Qualifications
•Business Development, sales or relationship management experience (bonus if in restoration, insurance, trades, or real estate).
•Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or Monday.com is preferred.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you’re confident in meetings, calls, and presentations.
•Results-oriented with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
