Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at BOSS Facility Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. You will identify, qualify, and develop sales leads as a BDR. You’ll play a crucial role in our sales pipeline, engaging with potential customers through outbound efforts and nurturing relationships that lead to new revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.


Requirements

Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings between prospects and account executives.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect data.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.


Qualifications:

3+ years of business development experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and handle objections.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft 365 software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
