Summary
As a Business Development Representative at TLC Total Lawn Care LLC, you will play a vital role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our reputation as a trusted provider of landscaping solutions.
Responsibilities
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscape contracting industry.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
•Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
•Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Requirements
•Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.
•Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
•Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
•Familiarity with Aspire or similar CRM software is a plus.
•Strong strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
