Job Summary

Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for business development.
•Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
•Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
•Maintaining a focus on long-term relationships with clients.
Experience
•Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
•Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs analysis.
•Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
•Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices for lead generation.
•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
•Previous experience in customer service is a plus, demonstrating your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
