As we expand our reach in the custom home market, we're looking for a motivated, personable professional to lead residential sales and drive business development with custom home general contractors. This role is perfect for a recent graduate in business or marketing ready to launch a career in a fast-paced, growing company.

What You’ll Do:

•

Manage incoming residential leads and guide homeowners through the sales process from inquiry to installation.

•

Be the primary point of contact for all showroom traffic—greeting walk-ins and showcasing our products and services.

•

Answer and manage phone calls professionally as the voice of Brilliant Epoxy Floors.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with custom home general contractors and other residential partners.

•

Represent our brand at job sites, builder meetings, and local networking events.

•

Support the company’s growth by expanding our presence in the high-end residential market.
