As part of our 30-30 Growth Plan, we are in search of business development professionals who are interested in being part of our disruptive market growth. Since our product is distinct from most of the products in the market, we are positioned to increase our share of the market quickly and effectively. We are looking for teammates who excel in hunting for new business and customer acquisition.
Position Summary: The BDM plays a critical role in our growth – responsible for understanding the market channels and creating new business with existing customers and new customer acquisitions. New business development and customer growth is our company priority, and the growth and development of each region is a key piece of our overall growth in North America. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional and local site service providers, fence contractors and distribution partners in the temporary fence market. As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling ZND temporary fence panels, accessories, and pedestrian barriers. Your territory will cover a specific geographic region where you will strategically identify potential customers, build partnerships, and manage the growth of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
Salary Range: $70K - $90K / $150K total compensation
Business Development*:
· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and volume goals.
· Track and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the Sales Director on sales activities, progress, and market insights.
· Actively use Salesforce to communicate needs, report activity, and share market intelligence.
