Business Development Manager needed for a direct hire opportunity in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities:
•
Sell and promote all SCA services; Training, Consulting, Projects & Studies, and Direct Hire services.
•
Visit with key contacts inside existing and potential clients to develop and maintain relationships with the client base.
•
Responsible for developing and assisting client relationships in understanding and meeting their hiring & training needs
•
Interface with client managers to define project scope, requirements and objectives, and then assist with identifying, qualifying and selecting suitable consultants for the project and/or assignments
•
Help direct/guide recruitment activities
•
Participate in the recruiting and interviewing of potential candidates.
•
Responsible for negotiating rates with clients and candidates.
•
Coach candidates through the client interview process
•
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidate and client
•
Ensure basic documentation requirements are met before any job/assignment/project or training class begins
•
Attend professional society functions and generally promote SCA services within the upstream oil and gas professional community as the opportunity arises
•
Perform other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position
