Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Prospecting for new customers through inbound marketing, emailing, cold calling, networking, and more
•Project estimating, planning, and submitting proposals (and follow ups)
•Project management by coordinating between Field Supervisors and Customers
•Servicing and managing existing accounts in your territory, which primarily includes Northeast Ohio
•Review safety and other project specific regulations with customers as needed
Qualifications
Required
•Excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills
•Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and customer oriented
•Some travel (including outside the state) will be required to ensure customer satisfaction
•Experience within the industry (HVAC, air filters, ductwork) OR within a similar industry
Preferred
•Ability to read mechanical plans & blueprints
•Sales, Project Estimating, and Project Management Experience
•Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) Certification

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
