Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced business certification is a plus.
•Minimum 5–10 years of business development experience in the upstream and midstream oil & gas sector, with a focus on facilities and infrastructure.
•Strong network of contacts in the midstream market, particularly among operators and midstream service companies.
•Experience working for an EPCM, EPC, or specialized construction/engineering company serving midstream clients.
•Technical understanding of pipeline systems, compressor stations, pump stations, terminals, or processing facilities.
•Deep knowledge of midstream facility project lifecycles, including FEED, EPCM/EPC, and commissioning phases.
•Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
•Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build sustainable client relationships.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to travel regionally as needed to support client engagement.

Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Upstream and Midstream sectors, with a strong focus on pipeline, terminal, and facility projects. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing projects across midstream oil & gas infrastructure with new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of midstream markets, including gathering systems, compression, storage, terminals, and processing facilities.
•Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the upstream and midstream oil & gas facilities market.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at operating companies, EPCs, and midstream-focused firms.
•Develop account plans and client pursuit strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
•Monitor market trends, project developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
•Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, operations) to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
•Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
•Maintain CRM database with up-to-date client interaction records and sales pipeline forecasts.
•Support executive leadership in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
