Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a sales-driven mindset to lead our growth efforts while ensuring our operations are aligned to support a high-performing sales engine. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about closing deals, optimizing processes, and scaling a growing business from the inside out.
This isn’t a traditional operations role—we want someone who’s energized by hitting revenue goals, building customer relationships, and helping sales teams win, while also tightening up backend systems to support that growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Take ownership of sales performance: manage pipeline tracking, lead conversion, and revenue targets
•Work directly with ownership and sales reps to drive client acquisition and retention
•Build and implement streamlined sales processes that improve efficiency and conversion rates
•Ensure the operations team and systems fully support the sales process from lead to delivery
•Monitor and report on KPIs related to both revenue and operational efficiency
•Identify and remove bottlenecks in the customer journey—from first contact to project completion
•Support business development efforts including client outreach, quoting, and follow-ups
•Analyze market trends and sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth
•Lead initiatives that improve the customer experience and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
•3+ years in a sales-focused operations, business development, or revenue leadership role
•Candidates must possess an established book of business with active, portable client relationships
•Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, or support high-performing sales teams
•Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage people, processes, and priorities
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
•Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company
