Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Target Painting & Contracting is seeking an outgoing and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales team. The BDR’s primary role is to generate high-quality leads through local outreach, community engagement, and direct contact methods. This is a field-based, hourly position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and being out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
•Generate new business leads through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
•Attend local Chamber of Commerce and community events to promote company services
•Identify and nurture prospects for residential painting, house washing, and carpentry work
•Distribute marketing materials and represent the company professionally in the field
•Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support their follow-up
•Track outreach efforts and lead generation in CRM or assigned system
•Build brand awareness and strengthen community relationships
Requirements:
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Self-motivated, outgoing, and organized
•Comfortable working independently in the field
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
Compensation & Benefits:
•$25–$30/hour based on experience
