Mansfield Energy is actively pursuing candidates for a Business Development Specialist as a part of their 2025, 12-month rotation program (Accelerating Cross Functional Talent - ACT). Mansfield Energy is actively pursuing candidates for their 2025, 12-month rotation program. During this time, you will be guided through a combination of experiential learning, classroom-based training, and mentoring to prepare you for success in an organizational sales role. You will learn supply economics, freight logistics, and pricing analysis, all of which are critical to understanding how Mansfield operates. You will also get exposure to sales related processes through activities such as attending sales presentations, shadowing sales calls, and a sales related project.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will interview for different types of roles available within our Sales team. Those opportunities will provide challenging work and the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the overall success of the organization as it pursues it’s 50% growth goals in the next 3 years!
