This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse and global team leading the way on how Solar Turbines approaches all aspects of organizational development (OD) including organization design, team effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, change leadership, succession planning, employee development and talent management around the globe. You will partner with business leaders, OD Specialists, and Human Resources Business Partners across the organization to leverage best practices, build tools, training, and programs to support the overall capability of the organization. Join a team passionate about identifying ways to improve the organizational system to better the experience of employees, customers, and the performance of the Company.Responsibilities* Serve as the primary OD Specialist for assigned Solar business unit organization(s), including serving as a consultant to leaders and Human Resources Business Partners in accessing, learning, and applying OD methods, tools, and frameworks in the business.
The Background, skills and experience of a successful candidate include:* This position requires a Master’s Degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology or related field or Bachelor’s degree in a related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training
Top Candidates will also have:* Experience working with leaders, colleagues business partners and senior leadership employees in a manufacturing as well as professional environment
Summary Pay Range:
$108,834.00 - $163,252.00
