Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Business Development Coordinator to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Generate new leads through networking and market research.
•Develop relationships with clients such as general contractors, architects, and property developers.
•Understand and present our construction service and products.
•Collaborate with design and engineering teams to offer customized solutions.
•Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
•Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
•Maintain an organized sales pipeline to meet targets.
Qualifications:
•5+ years of outside sales experience in commercial construction.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
•Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
•Initiative-taking, independent and team oriented.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Other Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or related field.
