Business Developer – Community Management

Location: Flexible (Texas, Florida, Arizona markets)

Division: Community Management Services (CMS)

Reports to: Vice President of Business Development

What You’ll Do

- Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HOA/CDD and lifestyle sectors.

- Consultative Selling: Engage with boards, developers, and community leaders to understand needs and craft solutions.

- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value.

- Market Expansion: Collaborate with leadership on strategic plans for emerging markets.

- Brand Advocacy: Represent Inframark at industry events, networking forums, and community meetings.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in business development preferably in community management or related industries.

- Certifications are helpful: CMCA, AMS, PCAM.

- Strong knowledge of HOA governance, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms.

- Skills in Excel are extremely helpful
