Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting payroll, and coordinating with both the accounting team and warehouse operations to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company procedures. This position will work closely with the Plant Manager and office team members to support day-to-day financial functions.
Duties
•Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and general ledger entries
•Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payments
•Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
•Track and reconcile inventory and raw material purchases with warehouse reports
•Assist with payroll preparation and submission
•Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits
•Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
•Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
•Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed
•Provide financial support to the warehouse operations team for budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience; manufacturing or warehouse experience highly preferred
•Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
•Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting is a plus
•Bilingual in English and [preferred second language, e.g., Spanish or Mandarin] is a plus
