- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Develop and maintain a filing system for both physical and electronic documents
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements, Purchasing material, Organizing data for prior to meetings
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other office events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with computerized filing systems is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus
