As a maintenance service provider, our team often collaborates closely to coordinate technician dispatches, respond to client needs, and maintain operational excellence across departments. Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal team members.
•Perform general office duties including answering phones, organizing workspaces, and maintaining common areas.
•Assist with accounts payable and light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
•Support project management activities with documentation and coordination.
•Keep customer and vendor accounts current and accurate.
•Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Administrative experience in a professional setting.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal business software systems.
•Comfortable with basic physical tasks including moving boxes (under 50 lbs).
•Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
•Familiarity with inventory management and shipping/logistics processes is a plus.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Education & Experience:
•At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or related administrative support.
•A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
