Duties

•Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
•Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
•Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
•Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Assist with office management duties to ensure a well-organized workspace.
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
•Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficient in calendar management and scheduling.
•Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
•Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
•Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
