We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and maintaining the accuracy of our internal systems.
- Role Type: Part-time
- Schedule: 28 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Reception & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and helpful service.
- Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Price List Maintenance: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and update customer price lists.
- ERP System Management: Use the Visual ERP system to implement price changes and ensure all records are current and accurate.
- Administrative Support: Work closely with the management team to maintain organized digital and physical records.
We are happy to train on our ERP system. Our primary focus is reliability in a candidate with a strong background in data entry.
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting/invoicing tasks.
- Experience with Visual ERP (or a similar ERP system) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments (Sales and Management).
