We are a solar panel installation company. We have a large volume of incoming calls, that need to be transferred to varies departments. Must have experience in customer service, including phone etiquette, and basic knowledge of computers and typing skills.
Office operational hours: 7am-3 pm Monday-Friday (paid holidays off)
- transferring calls
- Replying to emails
- assisting with office work
- making sure all tasks are completed by the end of the week; including: making customer update calls, answering emails, and any other assigned tasks.
