About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable team member to be the first point of contact for our office. This role combines reception, light accounting support, and shipping/receiving coordination. If you enjoy variety in your day and working with both people and processes, this could be a great fit.
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and drivers
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Help with invoices, purchase orders, and data entry
- Support accounts payable/receivable and basic reporting
- Tag incoming materials and track items for pickup
- Keep the office organized and stocked with supplies
- Provide general admin support across departments
- Experience in reception, office admin, or accounting preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks/Striven a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, professional attitude and customer service focus
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Can lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Steady, full-time hours (with flexibility during busy times)
