Position Overview: The Office Support Professional will provide administrative and organizational assistance to ensure efficient office operations. This role includes handling correspondence, routing calls, greeting visitors, supporting staff, and maintaining a well-organized office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
- Deliver the highest quality work to consistently ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and guests.
- Greet and welcome onsite visitors with professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system (both paper and electronic).
- Assist Human Resource Generalist with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Run errands as requested.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
