Pries Enterprises is a growing and fast-paced manufacturing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality aluminum extrusions for a variety of different industries. We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This position is a vital part of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient office administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the office and production teams
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice tracking, and basic financial record maintenance.
- Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical documents
- Communicate with employees across departments to share updates, gather information, and support internal processes
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff via phone and email
- Support HR and management with basic administrative duties as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Prior administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting systems (Sage, Excel, or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working with computers, printers/scanners, and office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
