Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an effective communicator.
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions and administrative duties.
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and manage the front reception area.
- Maintain employee records (both digital and physical).
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members.
- Perform data entry, database management, and document scanning.
- Support company events and projects as assigned.
- Provide employee support and assist with basic HR-related questions.
- Supports Accounts Receivable team with collections
- High school diploma or equivalent required/Associate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $41,600 to $48,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
