We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Manager who can thrive in our international shipping services sector while providing crucial support to multiple managers.

Your Future Team

You will join a motivated team in our Houston office, working closely with and providing direct support to different managers across our sister companies. Your stakeholders will include both internal team members and external business partners. The team contributes significantly to our operational excellence by ensuring smooth administrative processes that support our core business of bunker trading and marine fuel supply.


Organizational Backbone for Marine Fuel Operations

As Administration Manager, you will be the central pillar that keeps our Houston office running smoothly. You will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate with headquarters in Denmark, and ensure efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders in our rapidly changing marine fuel trading environment. Your role is critical in maintaining organizational efficiency and providing the support our leadership team needs to focus on core business activities.


More specifically, your responsibilities include:

- Providing tailored support to six different managers, adapting to their unique needs ranging from administrative tasks to more strategic assistance

- Managing office operations including supplies, equipment maintenance, and reception duties to ensure a productive workspace

- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events both internally and externally, maintaining professional standards aligned with our brand identity

Skilled problem solver with advanced interpersonal skills

As our ideal candidate, you are highly organized with keen attention to detail and possess the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You thrive in busy environments and can seamlessly handle multiple priorities while maintaining composure and professionalism. You are a professional communicator who forms meaningful relationships across all organizational levels and effectively serves as a liaison between different departments and our Danish headquarters.


Additionally, you have the following qualifications:

- You have 1+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles

- You are fluent in both English and Spanish with good written and verbal communication skills

- You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and have a keen interest in new technologies

- You approach challenges with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset
