Account Manager – Sales

Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activity, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.

- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Experience

- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a B2B environment.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
