Sales Account Manager

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on your community? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business CMP/Versant customers with the benefits of local community solar farms and helping home owners schedule rooftop solar consultations.

No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and desire to earn are required! We'll provide you with training so that you can help customers save money on their electricity costs. Hitting performance targets consistently will allow someone to earn a promotion to a Sales Rep - Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Engage with residential and small business utility customers in your community, 7 hours daily. Enroll 10+ customers weekly.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in energy, our community and rooftop offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.

Compensation:

- Base pay: $600-800 per week, depending on experience

- Uncapped commissions, paid weekly

- Monthly Bonus incentives

- Team performance bonuses for sales representative leaders

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience required; especially in the energy sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.

- Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

- High school diploma

- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle

- Availability to travel 25% of the month

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
