Moxie Media, Inc. (www.moxielearning.com) is seeking a driven and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires strong organization, communication, relationship management, and sales skills to support both new business development and the growth of existing client accounts. Experience in the maritime and/or oil & gas industry is a plus.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to current customers
- Confidently represent Moxie Media’s products, quality, and diverse capabilities to clients and prospects
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to coordinate and schedule client appointments
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Accurately manage pipeline activity and reporting within the company’s CRM system
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including preparation of materials and participation in industry trade shows or client meetings
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to support brand awareness and client engagement- 2+ years of sales or account management experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
- Ability to quickly learn and use CRM software
- Experience in the maritime and/or oil & gas industry is a plus
