Power Sales Group Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. We are a manufacturer's representative firm specializing in sales of medium-voltage and high-voltage equipment.
The Inside Sales Account Manager position is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a seasoned outside sales team and involves no cold calling. It is a non-commission position.

· Manage and develop customer relationships through basic product knowledge and excellent customer service.
· Build and maintain manufacturer relationships while acting as the “middle man,” representing the manufacturer and acting as the customer’s advocate.
· Work closely with outside sales account reps, following their customized strategic sales approach for each customer.
· Prepare daily price quotes and bids according to customer’s needs and deadlines.
· Process customer orders and provide commercial and/or technical support, including communicating and expediting ship dates, and facilitating technical drawings for customer approval, etc. all by effectively utilizing company tools and support infrastructure.
· Resolving problems or complaints, including processing warranty claims and after-market support.
· Processing of quotes, order acknowledgments and invoices for all segments of our business
· Use and development of salesforce.com to enhance the sales process
· Manage a heavy volume of email in a conscientious manner to service our customers.
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
· Aptitude for mastering new software applications, such as Salesforce.com
Skills or experience to set applicants apart:
· Previous Inside Sales or Account Management experience
