We're hiring an Account Manager for the LubeCon USA team to grow sales of premium LubeCon products, equipment, and services for existing and new accounts. This home-based position travels throughout the territory. The territory includes Ohio, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania, and western New York.
The ideal candidate is located near the Cleveland/Akron metro. Qualifications for this role include sales skills and mechanical acumen to service/install equipment.
- Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio
- Develop relationships and show value with key functional contacts in the customer’s organizations
- Hunt for new business opportunities by bringing on new accounts
- Develop existing business to improve profitable growth opportunities
- Install and service LubeCon lubrication equipment at customer locations
- Provide detailed service reports to our most valued customers
- Meet personal travel & expense expectations
- Maintain a quality selling pipeline and updated information in our Sales CRM
- Occasional nights or weekend work required for certain customers. Comp time allows you to shift time off
- Exhibit safety leadership and compliance
- Support Finance for credit and cash collection
- Overnight travel required from 25%-50% monthly
What you'll need to be successful in this position:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional sales; preferred in a B2B and Industrial environment
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Willingness and ability to do mechanical service work with light equipment
- Knowledge, or the prowess to learn, of electrical and mechanical systems is necessary
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to optimally coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across numerous customer markets to meet established and changing deadlines
- Computer expertise with MS Office suite and sales CRM

This is a stimulating, hands-on, essential position in our company. Candidates will need to show an ability to learn, assemble, and maintain conveyor chain maintenance equipment. LubeCon sells lubricant, cleaning, and monitoring equipment for these businesses. Account Managers have the autonomy to grow their business and manage their day-to-day activities.
