Account Manager

Searching for an experienced outside sales representative, preferably with oil, gas, and compressor knowledge, to grow and manage accounts in Northwestern New Mexico and Southwestern Colorado.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through cross-selling product and services provided by the company

- Perform cold calls with prospective customers

- Travel extensively to customer locations

- Provide superior customer service

- Represent RJ Mann & Associates in a professional manner

- Comply with all company policies pertaining to safety

- Complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements:

- Sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to receive direction

- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

- Basic computer skills, comfortable with MS Office

- Ability to manage time effectively
