As Account Manager, you are responsible for managing relationships with company's most important clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. You receive the customers’ requests within our service portfolio, including inspections, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, (project) modifications, and upgrades. These requests are handled in the organization, and you monitor the progress.
What does an Account Manager for Huisman do?
· Client Relationship Mangement - Maintain and build customer relationships;
· Account Growth - Identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and secure agreement on sales conditions;
· Communication - Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and coordinate with internal teams to deliver service. Monitor developments in the client market. Contribute to the creation of a partnership with your key-contacts;
· Problem Resolution - Resolve client issues and provide prompt support.
· Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently;
· 2-4 years of experience in Commercial environment with a strong technical background; Preferably maritime heavy lift experience;
· The ability to adapt quickly to new requirements, know how to prioritize and stay effective;
· Strategic thinking and experience in sales and client service;
