- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients in the region
- Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication
- Coordinate with internal operations and field personnel to ensure quality service
- Support any organic growth opportunities that arise within existing accounts
- Monitor employee performance, technical skills, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with personnel issues, including performance evaluations and distributing resumes to customers.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to address any concerns or issues.
- Enforce company policies, including vehicle maintenance and cell phone usage.
- Assist in the movement of company vehicles for repairs when needed.
- Oilfield experience is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally to client locations and job sites
- Organized, dependable, and responsive
- HSE Experience is a Plus!
