Role Overview

We’re looking for a Remote Account Manager / Customer Service Coordinator

to be the voice of our company for homeowners going solar. You’ll handle inbound customer calls, provide timely updates, and ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. If you have strong customer service, account management, or administrative experience

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and empathy.

- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their residential solar project.

- Provide clear communication on important

milestone updates

(site survey, permitting, installation, activation, etc.).

- Coordinate between customers and the operations team to ensure timely progress.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate project notes in company systems.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing questions and concerns.

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in

customer service, account management, or administrative support

(solar or construction experience is a plus).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (CRM/project management tools).
