2ND SHIFT SHIPPER- INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Shipper (Monday-Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm) to join our dynamic team and ensure our products are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for a raise 3 times in your first year at your 3-month, 6-month, and annual anniversary, then yearly thereafter.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, pack, and process shipments according to company and customer requirements.

- Verify outgoing shipments by comparing items to orders and ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation.

- Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries.

- Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs as needed.

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments (certification preferred).

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

QualificationsSkills:

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment is required.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift and move heavy product (up to 60lbs)

- Basic math skills required

- Experience using shipping software and inventory management systems is a must

- Fork-Lift driving experience is a plus, however we will train the right candidate

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
