- Conducting observations and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements. Programming CNC equipment and editing programs.

- Analyzing work study data and equipment specifications to establish time and production standards to be used in costing, labor reporting, and production analysis.

- Trouble-shooting shop problems associated with new or existing tooling and equipment.

- Assisting in the training of personnel.

- Setup machinery and equipment for production on proven programs.

- Review change orders.

- Update existing entries in the tooling matrix.

- Edit and prove out ISO/EIA CNC programs.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in production management, manufacturing or industrial technology.

- Prior management and supervisory experience or other leadership experience preferred.

- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.

- Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
