Yard & Warehouse Associate – Fontana Branch

Builders Fence Company, Inc. is seeking a hard-working, fast-learning Yard & Warehouse Associate to join our Sacramento team.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced—perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

What you will do:

- Safely load/unload trucks, pull and stage material, and maintain accurate counts.

- Operate forklifts and yard equipment.

- Cross-train across warehouse and yard tasks to support the team wherever needed.

- Keep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.

- Work with supervisors and teammates to ensure materials move quickly and accurately.

- Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle.

- Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.

- Able to lift 75+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.

- Previous forklift or warehouse experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
