About This Job

We are hiring for a Working Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our construction team. This unique role blends hands-on framing work with project management and on-site leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced in residential or light commercial framing, able to confidently read blueprints, execute layout, and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform skilled framing work alongside the crew

•

Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

•

Execute precise layout tasks to guide the framing process

•

Supervise and delegate tasks to workers on-site

•

Ensure projects are progressing efficiently and according to plan

•

Drive a company cargo van and transport tools or materials as needed

•

Communicate clearly in English with the team, clients, and subcontractors

•

Anticipate next steps on the job and help keep the team on schedule

Requirements:

•

Proven experience in framing and residential construction

•

Strong understanding of construction workflows and processes

•

Ability to lead a small crew with professionalism and efficiency

•

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

•

Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to get to job sites

•

Comfortable driving a cargo van

•

Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
